Delivery Information
Radical Gifts is able to deliver orders throughout South Africa. All orders are couriered to your doorstep and fully insured.
Delivery fee starts at R95 for major centres
Free Delivery is also available for all orders exceeding R500.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 working hours from the time you place your order.
Delivery is fulfilled by our courier partners and delivery is usually within 3 to 4 working days for major centres, please allow for an additional 2 to 3 working days for outlying & rural areas.
On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process.
Regrettably, Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilised for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalization of sale.

Returns & Refunds
Radical Gifts offers a hassle free 14 Day Return Pollice.
Should you be unhapper with your order, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the date of delivery or collection.
All items should be unused and returned in the original packaging.
We’ll refund the item/s in the same way you paid, less applicable delivery charges.
How To Return
Log a call or send us an email to notify us of your return.
Return to warehouse: You can return your items to our warehouse via courier or hand delivery.

Ensure the return is packaged in a box to protect the items during transit. Once the items have been received and assessed at our warehouse your refund will be generated.
